A born entrepreneur venturing into the real estate business, Mr. Rakesh Mittal is a highly competent and diligent personality and the initiator of Star Ventures. He has a decade of experience in real estate and has an array of residential projects under as his realm. With his extensive experience he has acquired a keen business sense that provides the necessary impetus to the business activities of Star Ventures. Over the decade, he has crossed many milestones, logged hundreds of achievements and satisfied thousands of customers, but he doesn’t believe in resting on his laurels. It is just a beginning for him and the quest for excellence doesn't have an end.

Mr.Rakesh Mittal

Managing Director, Ganesh Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd

Rakesh Mittal has been actively involved in Real Estate since 1989. He has a vast experience and knowledge in Real Estate and formed Star Ventures, Ganesh Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. He has to his credentials a number of residential projects. He plans to take his company to next level by launching Opulence Woods project in Wave Hitech city, Ghaziabad.

One crucial decision that paid off was to provide affordable housing in Ghaziabad region. Strategies adopted was to offer price sensitive marketing and focusing on the middle class segment.

Mr. Rahul Mittal

Promoters

Rahul Mittal is an MBA and is actively involved in the business since 2009 taking care of the day to day Operations of the company. He is the one responsible for taking the most prestigious project of the group, Opulent Mall to the greatest heights and made it featured amongst the top 45 Malls in India.

Mr. Robin Mittal

Promoters

Robin Mittal has MBA degree in International business with certification from London and NYU polytechnic, New York. He is involved in the business since 2010 taking care of many residential and commercial projects as well as Hospitality. He is handling the projects under Opulence constructions meticulously., its sales and leasing. Always trying to do something more with the exposure he has got and turning business into success with extensive marketing skills.
